All Touchstone Infrared Saunas are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in manufacture and workmanship. Shipping damage is not included in this warranty. Any damage caused by shipping and/or handling MUST be noted on the Carrier's delivery receipt and communicated to TouchstoneSaunas.com (Touchstone Products LLC) within 5 working days.

Warranty is extended to the oringal purchaser only and is not transferrable. Warranty claims must be made to TouchstoneSaunas.com as soon as reasonably possible. In order to expedite your claim, please provide proof of purchase and as many details as possible, incuding photographs if applicable. All warranty claims will be remedied by either repair or replacement as deemed reasonable by Touchstone Products LLC.

This warranty is void if the sauna has been altered, misused or abused. Such instances shall include operation or maintenance of the sauna in deviation to the published instructions. Touchstone Saunas are intended for use indoors and outdoor use and/or exposure to extreme environments may also reselt in voiding the warranty. The warranty extends only to the manufacturing defects and does not cover the damages resulting from mishandling of the product by the user.

Touchstone Products LLC shall not be liable for the loss of use of the sauna or other incidental or consequential damages and/or injury to any persons or properties. Terms of this warranty are subject to change without notice.

Items that are covered for the Lifetime of the unit are as follows:

• Wood and Exterior Construction
• Carbon Fiber Heaters

Please note that due to the kiln drying process, the woods used in construction may have minor imperfections which are not covered under warranty. The Limited Lifetime Warranty extends only to manufacturing defects.

The following items are covered for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase:

• Solid State Control Unit
• LED Control Panel

The following items are covered for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase:

• AM/FM CD Radio
• Speakers
• Light Fixtures (light bulbs are considered wear and tear items and are not covered under warranty)
